Ingenious Engineers
On September 7 and 8, the Plains of Abraham will be taken back to the 18th century for the event Battlefields, under the theme Ingenious Engineers.
Over a hundred re-enactors recreate an army camp of that time while history specialists share what they know, particularly on the technologies of the time.
This free event, which takes place near the Martello 1 tower, will enable visitors to meet various characters who will talk about their reality, including that of the First Nations. There will also be demonstrations of rifle and cannon firing.
