The Military
At the Plains of Abraham Museum, get military training under generals Wolfe and Montcalm, which includes an analysis of the military strategies used in 1759 and 1760, theatrical animation and a grand military parade on the battle site.
On the Heights of Cap Diamant
At the Québec Citadel, get immersed in the history of Cap Diamant through its occupiers, from the French Regime all the way to World War I. Discover Québec City’s strategic importance and the unique character of the Citadel, the largest British fortress in North America.

Accessories: interactive whiteboard, wall map of the territory in 1759–1760, regimental flags, drums, educational kit, officers’ uniforms, and vests in the armies’ respective colours.

- An adapted version of The Military can be offered indoors in extreme temperatures.
- Wear weather-appropriate clothing and walking shoes.

- Walking distance: Approx. 15 minutes
