The park and sports field allow the visitors to enjoy individual or group sports and leisure activities such as running, walking, cycling, soccer, cross-country skiing and a host of other recreational activities in an inviting environment.

A huge playground

The park continues its vocation as a huge playground. In the past, it was used for snowshoeing, tobogganing, skiing, skating and field hockey in the world's first indoor rink.

Grey Terrace

Located near the Gilmour Hill, Grey Terrace dominates the cliffs and overlooks the St. Lawrence River. Its name recalls the Honourable Albert Henry George, fourth Earl Grey, Governor General of Canada from 1904 to 1911.
