Come visit the Larcombe family, who once lived in a Martello tower. You’ll have the chance to do a search-and-find activity, learn about the period objects, play with the precursor to modern cinema, listen to stories, dance and discover what people used to eat at the time!
Accessories: search-and find activity, games, period objects, dance and interactive legend.
Accessibility
- Reduced mobility: The Martello Towers are not accessible to people with reduced mobility, due to the stairs with many steps.
- Visual impairment: The activity takes place in low light conditions.
- The activity can be adapted for groups of people with diverse learning needs or disabilities.

- Please note that Martello Tower 1 does not have any sanitary facilities.
- A dining room is available upon request at the Plains of Abraham Museum.
