Access to the Plains of Abraham
The Plains of Abraham Museum is the reception and information center. You will find brochures, park maps, washrooms, a water fountain and parking ($). The reception staff will be happy to presen the activities and answer your questions.
The park is accessible for free all year round.

Regulations
Some activities are not permitted on the Plains of Abraham.
The table below shows a non exhaustive liste of activities that are prohibited or have restrictions.
Activities related to solicitation, recruitment, advertising, promotion, etc.
Fairs, exhibitions, markets
Rental or reservation of space for private activities and picnics requiring facilities (tent, sound system, etc.)
With the exception of the Grand Prix Cycliste de Québec
The use of outdoor cooking devices (BBQ, charcoal, etc.)
Camping in all its forms (except in rare cases – for example: Snow Jam and the Assault on the Capital, a military exercise)
Dogs are allowed on the Plains. They must be kept on a leash no longer than 3 meters long, and their owners must pick up their excrement for proper disposal. Plastic bag dispensers are available in the park.
Skating Rink, Edwin-Bélanger Bandstand, Joan of Arc Garden, Des Braves Park
The use of drones for personal or professional purposes
Any form of archaeological dig activities
Any form of skijoering (equestrian, canine, motorized)
Organized training activities with music

The park offers residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy a variety of sports and outdoor activities. To enjoy nature’s pleasures, equipment rental is available at the Museum and at the Skaters’ chalet:
