The Last Attack on Québec City

Discover the history of this campaign alongside speaker Luc Nicole-Labrie and a witness of the time. The conference explores the American invasion of 1775, one of the first battles of the American Revolutionary War (1775–1783).

Topics include Arnold’s expedition leading up to the Battle of Quebec on December 31, 1775, and the tensions experienced by the population during the conflict.

Biography

Luc Nicole-Labrie

A historian and historical mediation coordinator for the National Battlefields Commission since 2007, Luc Nicole-Labrie has an academic background in history, tourism, and culture. He has contributed to numerous educational activities, exhibitions, conferences, and guided tours on the events surrounding the Battles of the Plains of Abraham and Sainte-Foy, as well as the history of the site.
